Fron Fraith is a Welsh longhouse dating from 1850 set in eight acres on a hill overlooking the picturesque village of Abercegir - a peaceful and private setting with far-reaching and spectacular views from the house across the rolling hills of mid-Wales to the mountain range of Snowdonia National Park.
The south-facing child-friendly garden and terrace enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and many a splendid sunset!

The house is perfectly situated for exploring southern Snowdonia national park and the equally beautiful but less well known Cambrian Mountains. The Glyndwr's Way (a 180 mile-long walk) cuts through the land at Fronfraith, all you have to do is step out the back door and start walking into the wilderness beyond!

The busy market town of Machynlleth is 10 minutes drive away, providing a good range of shops, restaurants and a weekly market, selling a selection of local food and produce.

The sandy and unspoilt beaches of Aberdyfi, a colourful and charming seaside town, and Yns' las sand dunes are 20 minutes drive away where it is not uncommon to see dolphins playing in Cardigan Bay.
